Does Dollywood close for rain?

No, Dollywood does not close for rain and remains open during inclement weather. Some rides may temporarily close for safety. If weather significantly impacts your visit, you may qualify for a complimentary return ticket by stopping at a ticket booth before leaving. All members of your party must be present to receive the return ticket. TimeSaver passes are not eligible for refunds or rain checks.

Can you leave Dollywood and come back?

Yes, same-day re-entry is allowed at Dollywood. Get a hand stamp at the exit and keep your ticket so it can be scanned when you return.

Can you bring food and drinks into Dollywood?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed at Dollywood, except for one unopened bottle of water per person. The park offers a wide range of dining options inside.

ECV drivers must be at least 16 years old, and ECVs have a 400-pound weight limit. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the rental agreement.

Are strollers available to rent?

Strollers are available to rent at Dollywood for $18 (single) or $20 (double). Rentals are first-come, first-served, and guests may also bring their own strollers. Designated stroller parking is available throughout the park, and strollers can be carried onto trams if empty. Prices are subject to change.

Are lockers available to rent?

Lockers are available to rent at Dollywood for $10 to $15 per day, depending on the type. Front Gate lockers cost $15 per day, while floating lockers cost $10 and can be used throughout the park without paying again. Floating lockers are located at: Wild Eagle, Mystery Mine, FireChaser Express, Daredevil Falls, Barnstormer, River Rampage, Tennessee Tornado, Country Fair, and Lightning Rod. All lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are subject to change.

What should I wear to Dollywood?

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and supportive walking shoes. Dollywood is hilly, and shirts and shoes are required at all times. Clothing should be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Footwear with heel straps is required on Barnstormer, Sky Rider, Waltzing Swinger, and Wild Eagle.

Does Dollywood offer package pick-up?

Dollywood offers complimentary Package Pickup for purchases of $25 or more, as well as fragile or oversized items. Items are delivered to the Dollywood Emporium near the exit for pickup at the end of the day. The service is available for purchases made at least two hours before park closing.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not permitted inside Dollywood. Service animals on a leash or harness are welcome but may not ride attractions. Doggywood offers onsite kennels and cottage rentals for guests visiting with dogs and reservations are recommended.

Why do my Dollywood tickets only have one name listed on them?

The name on your e-ticket is the primary ticket holder, but the tickets are valid for everyone in your party.
